Mat Rats MMA 3-4yrs

This is a basic pre-youth martial arts class. We help develop children into solid martial arts practitioners with games, drills, discipline and fun! This is the first step for your child.

Mat Rats Team Awesome 5-6yrs

This is our 2nd level Mat Rats class. We continue your child on the path to Black Belt Excellence. More challenging curriculum!

Youth MMA 7-12yrs

This is our Youth MMA program ages 7-12yrs. Self Defense, Grappling, Forms, Kickboxing its all in this class!
